Interior Changes for the 2021 Arteon

The most noticeable change to the fastback sedan’s interior will be for the driver’s cockpit. Not a lot of preliminary information has been released, other than it’s going to look different. If someone were to read between the lines, we believe that a driver will feel like the vehicle’s cockpit is wrapped around them. Additionally, the Volkswagen infotainment system is getting an upgrade that will provide more integration with other systems for a more cohesive connectivity experience.

New Technology Features

Some trim grades of the 2021 VW Arteon will be equipped with Travel Assist. The new system will allow drivers to relax a little more when traveling on properly marked highways. Versions of the 2021 Arteon with Travel Assist can let the vehicle take over steering, acceleration and braking at highway speeds. It’s important to note that the driver will ultimately retain full control over safe operation of the 2021 VW Arteon.

One of the most common questions we’ve been getting from customers is, ‘Will the Arteon Shooting Brake version be available in the United States?’ Unfortunately, it appears that the wagon variant of the Arteon will only be available in European or other foreign markets. This is mildly disappointing, but we hold out hope that this could change in the future.
